  Sean

“Stop squealing for God’s sake,” I rubbed my hand down my face and glanced over at Jet, I’d bet money we wore the same expression on our faces. My head was fuzzy as I struggled to remember what the fuck happened.

“Don’t tell me what to do. Some dumbass married us, and I seem to be the only one who realizes that it is illegal!” Jet’s lips twitched, and I inwardly groaned. Asshole was going to laugh out loud, and Brit was going kill him.

What she said seemed to sink into my head and my eyes went wide and snapped back to Brit, her green eyes squinted at us, but before I could say something stupid, I said, “If you would give us a minute to wake up and think, maybe we can figure out what fucking happened.” Jet and I stood while Brit scooted to the end of the bed and yanked the sheet until it unattached from the bottom, then awkwardly wrapped it around her body the best she could. I really was not going to tell her that her ass was still hanging out, and what a fine ass it was. I almost licked my lips, which I’m sure would not have ended well if I had gotten caught.

“Fine. Figure the shit out. I’m going to shower,” Brit said, flipped her blond hair over her shoulder, and turned toward the bathroom. My mouth dropped opened when I saw it. Oh shit, we were so fucked, and not in a good way. She was going to cut our dicks off, I knew it.

“Holy fucking shit!” Jet yelled. Didn’t have to be a genius to know he saw it, too. I whipped my head in his direction, which was a big ass mistake with the hangover pounding a beat in my temples, and glared at him. When he looked at me, I narrowed my eyes at him and sneered. Brit stopped in the doorway to the bathroom, and we both focused back on her.

She looked over her shoulder at us before she continued through the doorway without another word. The only sound came from the bathroom door as she slammed it shut behind her.

“If she’s freaked already. Brah, that thing in the middle of her back is going to send her over the top. Maybe we should bounce, I really don’t want to be here when she sees it.”

“Don’t say anything, and pray to God that she will not see it until we get this shit sorted.”

“Seriously, Sean. You think she won’t notice the fucking brand on her back, I mean, is it real? I couldn’t tell, but either way, she will be pissed the fuck off.”

“Fuck, my head is pounding, I can barely put two sentences together. My mouth is dry as a goddamn desert, and I’m not too sure I don’t have a hole in my stomach from whatever we drank, because the bitch is burning. So yeah, we aren’t saying shit until we figure out what the fuck went down. And the tat is temp. No licensed artist would permanently tat anyone as drunk as we were. Now, do you remember anything after you won a shit ton of money at the Black Jack table, Jet?” The running of the shower was heard, which was good, but it would only buy us so much time.

“Fuck no, I don’t remember shit. Last thing I remember is sitting down at the table. But then right now, all I’m thinking about is how the fuck I could forget having sex with Brit for the first time. Man, this sucks that we can’t even savor the memories,” Jet grumbled.

; “That is what you are worried about? Well, I am slightly worried about the fact she said we got married. I mean, I think I would have remembered saying ‘I Do.’”

“Well shit, I don’t feel any damn better. But I do need a shower and a damn toothbrush.” Jet reached down and picked up his shirt and sniffed it. “And some clean clothes.”

“Me too, but we can’t leave until we have some answers,” as I talked I looked down at the ring on my finger, well shit, things were just too fucking weird, but at least someone had taste, “sooner than later.” I pulled my jeans up and zipped them, then looked around for my shirt and spotted it on the dresser across the room.

“Yeah, she isn’t happy with us. This isn’t the way we planned to win her over either. Shit, we’ll be lucky if she ever speaks to us again,” Jet said as I reached the dresser and lifted my shirt, the paper that laid underneath fell to the floor.

“I know, but until we...” I stopped talking, picked up the paper, and read it out loud, “What the hell, Beach Walk Chapel? Fuck! What have we done?” When Jet didn’t answer, I looked over at him. He was glancing between the small trashcan in his hands and the box that sat on the nightstand. “Jet!”

Jet looked over at me, then back into the trashcan, then back to me. “Getting married isn’t the only thing we can’t remember.”

“Seriously?” I asked and pinched the bridge of my nose.

“First, I’m not reaching my hand in the can. There are tissues wadded in there, and hell, I don’t have to be a fucking genius to understand what that means. Two, the open Trojan box with six missing is a helluva clue for me.”

I dropped my hand and watched Jet as he sat the can back on the floor and walked to me, then lowered his voice. “I don’t remember any of it. How in the hell did we have sex with Brit,” Jet pointed to the bathroom door, “and not remember it? Christ, what if she does and is waiting for us to say something?”

I rubbed my hand over the back of my neck. While I tried to think of what to do first, the shower turned off. “Okay, someone has to know what went on and can piece it together for us. Because we are talking about my family and they butt into everyone’s shit, there are no boundaries they won’t cross. Maybe something they tell us will jog our memory.” The bathroom door opened and Brit walked out wrapped in a towel with another around her head. She stopped and glared at Jet and me.

“Why are you still here? Shouldn’t you two be in your own room getting cleaned up and your stuff packed? Everyone is going home today, and I would like to eat before we get on the road.” As Brit talked, she walked over to her bag and pulled out her clothes. Jet and I watched her, but said nothing. When she walked back to the bathroom again, she stopped in front of us, and continued. “Let’s chalk this up to alcohol and move on. I mean, come on, no way I married two men for real. We probably picked up some cheap rings somewhere and tried to pull a joke on the others.”

The more she talked, blowing off what happened, the more the drunken haze lifted until the only thing I felt was pissed. I glanced at Jet and his face was red, and I knew it wasn’t because he was blushing.

“So, you two agree? We act like this didn’t happen and go about our busi—” Brit stopped talking when I held up my hand. I took a deep breath while I stared into her green eyes that were currently wide and looking up at me since I unknowingly stepped closer and towered over her.

“No,” was all I said as I stared down at her. Brit’s shoulders went back and her hands flew to her towel covered hips.

  “What do you mean, NO?”

“Sean means we aren’t going to act like nothing went on in this room. Nor are we going to let you,” Jet said and moved beside me, and crossed his arms over his chest.

“Is that so?” The look of defiance that radiated from Brit’s eyes would have had most men taking a step back. Lucky for Jet and me, we weren’t most men.

“Oh, yeah, sweetheart. You don’t get to blow us off on what went on here. This was just the beginning.” I bent down until our faces were level and glared right back at her.

“If you think the two of you are going to bully me, think again. No one pushes me around.” Brit stuck her chin out in challenge, and that was all it took.

“We won’t need to bully,” I said, placed my hands on each side of her head, then closed the distance. The move made Brit gasp, and when her mouth opened, I dove in. As I ravaged her mouth, I forced the towel loose that was wrapped around her hair and filled my hands with her blond tresses.

Brit’s hands grabbed my shoulders and held on. When she moaned and her body melted into mine, I lightened the kiss, and then pulled back. She blinked with eyes that had hazed over, and before she recovered I stepped aside and Jet took over. After he released her, we both stood and waited for her to gain her footing. The haze cleared in her eyes and was replaced with fire. Jet and I would be lucky if we didn’t walk out of the room with burn marks.

“Well...aren’t you both...” Brit’s hand waved in the air, and I cocked an eyebrow and waited. “Gentlemen.”

“Ah, baby, if we thought that is what you wanted... But we know better. You’re used to soft men, the ones that let you run the show. You aren’t pissed about what happened here as much as you’re mad because you liked being handled by us.” I watched her back stiffen at Jet’s words.

“Fuck both of you!” Brit yelled, turned into the bathroom, and slammed the door.

  “You did!” Jet yelled.

“Dude, really?” I briefly squeezed my eyes shut, then opened them and shook my head.

“Goddammit, she started it, Sean.” The look on Jet’s face had me laughing. “You can laugh, seriously? I want to throttle the woman!”

“Come on, Jet. Let’s go to our room and get cleaned up. We’ll figure out what happened, then we’ll figure out a plan of action for Brit. She might act indifferent, but she isn’t. And after this,” I waved my hand toward the bed, “I am done playing nice. She’s ours, and that is that.” I headed toward the door and opened it.

“You know, I laugh every time one of your brothers refer to you as the quiet, serious one. If they only knew.”

I made sure the lock engaged after I let the hotel door close behind us. “Fuck you, Jet.”

“I don’t mind sharing, but you are not my type.” Jet laughed when I hit his shoulder as we walked down the hall to our room.

“She’s going to fight us every step of the way, you know that?” I stopped in front of the door to our room, and after both of us went on the search in our pockets and wallets, Jet pulled the keycard out of his.

“Yep, but who doesn’t like a good fight,” Jet said and pushed opened the door. “I’m hitting the shower first.”

“Fine, I’ll gather my stuff while you’re in there.”

I had no doubt Jet and I would be the victors in the fight. However, getting there with a woman like Brit would take the full twelve rounds.

Luckily, we were both in shape.

  Chapter One

  Brit

The office door flew open as I arranged the last of my things on the desk. I had to get this shit organized, there was too much in my life that was out of control. Those guys were driving me nuts, and the damned tattoo taunted me every time I turned around. Literally, since it was in the middle, right above my ass. First tattoo and I get a tramp stamp. When I looked up, Zoey stood with her hands on her hips, and I grinned at the sight.

“Won’t be long and your preggo belly will arrive five minutes before you.”

“Don’t even try to deter me from my goal.” Zoey plopped in the chair in front of my desk and rested her hands on her belly. “Now, spill.”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” I continued to shift the things around so I didn’t have to look at my friend. She wanted to know about them, the twin towers. Jet who had black hair that was thick and gorgeous, I could play with it forever. And he had a body to match. Shit, thinking about his muscles from training, I could need B.O.B. in order to make
it through the day. Then there was Sean, who was built like a Mack truck, and damned if I didn’t want to explore all those bulges with my mouth, and his auburn hair and green eyes, yeah, they were just fucking gorgeous.

Zoey was quiet, which I’d known her long enough to know it was a ploy, because the bitch knew I didn’t deal well with silence. The sound of cellophane tearing got the better of me, and I looked up.

“I’m going to weigh five hundred pounds before these babies come.” Zoey grinned and ripped the top off the box in her hand.

“Do you think you should be eating all of that? Fruit, granola, anything has to be better for you and the kiddos.” I gave up and sat down in my chair.

“It’s what they crave. Who am I to deprive them. Plus, the doctor said I could eat anything I wanted in moderation.” Evidently, food was the new determent for my friend. If it got her off my back, then yeah, I’d use it.

“Umm, I’m not sure he would consider a theater-size box of Raisinetes in that category.”

“Hello, raisins! They fall under fruit.” I grinned and shook my head when Zoey tilted the box and filled her mouth. While she chewed, she rubbed her belly as if the snack had hit the spot. I sat and watched as she repeated the process until the box was empty. The expression on Zoey’s face when she looked inside the box made me laugh.

“Damn, girl, did you even chew?” Zoey’s eyes focused on me, then she waved her hand through the air.

“I’ll tell you like I tell Michael and Reese. When you have two babies playing badminton with your bladder or playing soccer while you’re trying to sleep, and nothing works to settle them down but food—then, by all means, make comments about me stuffing my face. However, until then, fuck the right off.”
